Roosevelt Elementary School
A collaborative effort to modernize a growing school district, this project required durable, high-performing envelope solutions that could balance long-term protection with visual impact. Working alongside the design and construction team, we helped implement CENTRIA Cascade panels to deliver a resilient rainscreen system built to serve generations of students.
Costa Mesa Fire Station
Designed to serve as a flagship facility, this Costa Mesa fire station demanded a bold architectural identity paired with long-term durability. Working closely with the design team, we supported the integration of CENTRIA Intercept panels—delivering custom color precision, weather resistance, and a high-performance envelope worthy of LEED Gold recognition.
Glendora Market
Transforming a historic Wonder Bread warehouse into a vibrant urban market required balancing daylight performance with architectural character. Working alongside the project team, we supported the integration of VELUX skylights to introduce natural light while preserving the building’s exposed wood structure and industrial heritage.
